Amy Giannini

Office Manager

Amy is responsible for the daily administrative functions at Contracting Solutions. She ensures that all invoices and expenses are handled in a quick and professional manner.

In addition to her internal duties, she is responsible for vendor relations for Contracting Solutions. Her goal is to make both the internal and external clients satisfied.

Pat Plankenhorn

SVP/Project Manager

Plank came to Contracting Solutions with many years of experience in marketing, sales and advertising. In addition to having owned an advertising agency for 14 years, he has held management positions with a Fortune 500 company, as well as mid-sized and family owned businesses. His primary responsibilities with Contracting Solutions are business development and client support. Plank holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Ashland University. He is First Vice President of the Buckeye Lake Region Chamber of Commerce and in his spare time Plank enjoys boating, fishing and shooting sports.

Rich Mason

Construction Projects Manager

Rich Mason brings over 36 years of comprehensive construction experience to the table, combining extensive hands-on expertise with seasoned executive leadership. His field experience, spanning over a decade, includes mastery in carpentry, millwork, woodworking, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, concrete, and excavation.

For over 25 years, Mr. Mason has excelled in executive management, demonstrating exceptional skills in developing and implementing effective systems, personnel training programs, and driving business growth and development. He is highly proficient in all aspects of project management, construction management, operations, and executive leadership.
An accomplished leader in the construction industry, Mr. Mason also serves as a private consultant, specializing in streamlining projects, personnel, systems, and company policy to foster growth and stability.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Mason is deeply involved in community and personal passions. He currently serves as the National Director for the USKA and IKF karaoke organization, an international entity that hosts annual world cup competitions. A two-time world qualifier, he also hosts local karaoke shows. He is an avid fisherman and enjoys spending time outdoors in nature. Mr. Mason describes himself as a recovering adrenaline junkie who has lived a life filled with diverse experiences.

Mike Hartless

Construction Manager

Mike has over 20 years experience in the residential and commercial construction industry. Mike has worked in all aspects of the field including fire and flood damage for insurance companies. Mike started with Contracting Solutions from the beginning of the company along with Adam Hickok. His duties include running projects, sometimes multiple at once, making sure each project is done up to code, in a professional manner, and within budget. He oversees our employees on projects, trains new employees, and recruits new hires. Mike works as the liaison for inspections. Communication is a key factor in his work ethics, making sure the customer and our office are completely aware of each phase of our building process.

Eric Brooks

Sam Zollars

Project manager

Sam came to Contracting Solutions with many years of experience as a mechanic. His primary responsibilities are project management and customer relations. Sam graduated from the University of Northwestern Ohio with a degree in diesel technology.

Pat Zollars

President

As President, Pat is responsible for all internal and external activities for Contracting Solutions. He is a past Chairman and current Board member at Telhio Credit Union and an Ohio High School Athletic Association football referee. Pat also holds a M.S.A. from Central Michigan University. He is active in the community and within his church. Pat believes that listening is the key ingredient to client success in construction services. Listening to each client’s needs while continuously involving his staff in the assessment results in a successful team approach and project. This process of information triangulation is a key to Contracting Solutions client satisfaction and its overall success. Pat understands that a relationship can only foster out of great teamwork. He will work with all levels of your organization to ensure that all your expectations are exceeded and objectives are met to foster a continued relationship.
